The POS that keeps the whole floor moving.
Tables, kitchen stations, the counter, the delivery tablets and the stock room — Pospal runs all of it from one cloud system. 3FS Technology supplies, installs and supports it here in Malaysia.
- Runs on Android terminals & tablets
- LHDN e-Invoice submission
- Dual-language interface
- Local install & support
The workflow bends to the business.
A bubble tea counter at 6pm and a salon booking sheet are not the same problem. Pospal ships the flow each trade actually uses instead of one generic screen with everything switched on.
-
Restaurants & kopitiam
Dine-in, takeaway and delivery on one screen, with orders landing at the right station instead of on one overloaded printer.
- Live table map, transfers and merges
- Split bills by item, seat or amount
- Multi-station kitchen routing and displays
- All-you-can-eat timers and set menus
-
Bubble tea & drinks
Modifier-heavy orders rung up fast enough to hold a queue at peak hour.
- Sugar, ice and topping modifiers
- One-tap repeat and favourites
- Queue numbers and pickup calls
-
Grocery & minimart
Barcode and weighed goods on the same receipt, with stock that stays honest.
- Weighing scale integration
- Multi-outlet stock and transfers
- Purchase orders and supplier returns
-
Salon, bakery & specialty
Appointments, prepaid packages and expiry-sensitive stock in one system.
- Booking calendar per staff member
- Package balances and commissions
- Pre-orders and fresh-item expiry
Take more orders with the same staff.
The bottleneck in a busy shop is rarely the kitchen — it's the number of people who can take an order. Pospal moves that job to the customer's phone, a kiosk, GrabFood and foodpanda, then routes everything to the right station automatically.
-
01
QR table ordering
Customers scan, browse the menu and order from their own phone. Orders drop straight into the same ticket as anything rung up at the counter.
-
02
Self-ordering kiosks
A kiosk at the door absorbs the walk-in queue so your floor staff stay on service instead of standing behind a till.
-
03
Multi-station kitchen routing
Wok, grill, drinks, dessert — each station gets only its own items, on a printer or a kitchen display, so nothing is lost in one long ticket.
Know what you have, not what you think you have.
Barcoded goods, loose goods on a scale and a shelf full of variants all land in the same stock ledger — and the count at the end of the month is a report, not an argument.
-
01
Barcoded, weighed, or tapped
Scan the packaged goods, put the loose ones on an integrated scale, tap the rest off a picture tile. Price ranges like RM3–RM4 sit on one product, not six.
-
02
Purchase, receive, transfer
Raise a purchase order, receive against it, move stock between outlets and send returns back to the supplier — all on the terminal, with a trail.
-
03
Stocktake without closing
Count with the scanner, print shelf labels, mark items sold out, log wastage. The variance report tells you where it went, not just that it is gone.
Turn a walk‑in into a regular.
Membership is not a bolt-on loyalty app here. Stored value, points, coupons, gift cards and per-use packages all live on the same customer record the cashier already pulls up at the counter.
Know what happened without being there.
Every outlet reports into the same phone app. Check the day from the car — and see the things a busy counter would rather you didn't look at too closely.
No modules to unlock later.
The list below is the product, not a pricing tier ladder. If it is on this page, it is in the system you get on day one.
-
Terminal
Front counter
Barcode, quick keys, holds, returns, mixed tender and cash-drawer discipline. Trained in an afternoon because the cashier only sees the eight things they need.
-
Integrations
GrabFood & foodpanda, in one screen
Grab and foodpanda orders land in the same queue as your dine-in tickets — no second tablet chirping on the counter, no manual re-keying.
-
Language
Dual-language
Kitchen tickets print in one language while customer-facing screens and receipts show another. Nobody has to work in a language they don't read.
-
Payments
Payments & e-wallets
Cards, DuitNow QR and the wallets your customers already carry — all taken on one terminal and broken out by tender on the shift report.
-
Insight
Cloud reporting
Takings, margin by item, dead stock and hour-of-day patterns across every outlet — readable on a phone after closing.
One counter, quoted as one number.
We supply the terminal and everything that plugs into it, so you are not cross-checking a software invoice against a hardware invoice from somewhere else.
Picture menu, modifiers and table service on the cashier screen — and the customer-facing screen showing the bill as it builds.
Same machine, different counter. Scan-and-sell with the search bar up front, for shops where the barcode does the work instead of a picture grid.
-
Thermal printer 80mm, kitchen or counter
-
Cash drawer Opens off the printer
-
Barcode scanner Omnidirectional, hands-free
-
Handheld terminal Order at the table, print on the spot
-
Queue display Calls the order number

Router Keeps outlets in sync
RM1,800++ the first year. RM900++ after that.
Per outlet. ++ is before 8% service tax. No per-module upsell and no tier you get pushed onto once the shop is busy — everything on this page is in the licence.
The software licence for the outlet, with the first year's subscription already in it. Nothing further to pay in year one.
Keeps the cloud side running — sync across outlets, the owner app, and the updates that follow changes like LHDN e-Invoice.
- ++ means before 8% service tax. RM1,800++ in year one works out to RM1,944 with tax; RM900++ after that is RM972.
- Priced per outlet. A second shop is its own licence and its own subscription.
- Hardware is separate. The kit above is quoted against your actual floor — tell us the layout and we'll put it on one quote with the licence.
- The subscription is not optional. If it lapses the system stops, so budget the RM900++ as a running cost, not an upgrade.
See it ring up your own menu.
Send us a photo of your menu or price list. We load a handful of your real items before the call, so you're looking at your shop — not a demo catalogue.
Authorised, not grey market.
Licensed software and warranty-covered hardware, supplied through the brands' own channels.
Point of sale is all we do, and we have done it since 2018.
3FS Technology Sdn. Bhd. has been fitting out Malaysian counters since 2018, from a head office in Melaka and a second office in Puchong for the Klang Valley. Over thirty people between them.
We specialise in point of sale for every kind of shop — cafes and tea shops, F&B, salons and massage centres, fashion and retail. We would rather have a client for ten years than a sale this month, which is why we will tell you when a system is the wrong fit.
What we actually do. Scope the shop, quote software and hardware as one number, build your item list and categories, install on site, train the cashiers, and stay on the other end of a WhatsApp message after you go live.
What we carry. Sole distributor for Pospal in Malaysia, plus Autocount and Zentro POS — so when we recommend one, we are not defending the only product we have.

We turn up
Melaka and Klang Valley are covered from our own offices. We come to the shop to install and train — not courier you a box and a PDF.
-
Authorised, not grey
Sole distributor for Pospal, and an authorised dealer for Autocount, Zentro POS, iMin and Sunmi. Licensed software, warranty-covered hardware.
-
Selling in one to two days
Software install, hardware configuration and cashier training inside a couple of days. You are not closed for a week waiting on a system.

The things people ask before they buy.
Straight answers, including the ones that cost us a sale now and then. Three of them are here; the rest are on the questions page.
How much does a POS system cost in Malaysia?
With 3FS, a Pospal licence is RM1,800++ per outlet in year one — that
includes the first year's subscription, so there is nothing further to pay
in year one. From year two it is RM900++ per outlet per year.
++ is before 8% service tax, so RM1,944 and RM972 respectively.
Hardware is separate and quoted against your actual counter. There is no per-module upsell and no higher tier — every feature on this page is in the licence on day one.
Does the POS handle LHDN e-Invoice and MyInvois?
Yes — sales are submitted to LHDN's MyInvois system straight from the terminal, and both routes a retail counter is allowed to use are covered.
Individual e-Invoice for the customer who wants a proper invoice, usually a company expense: the cashier captures their details at the point of sale and that sale is submitted and validated on its own. Consolidated e-Invoice for ordinary walk-in trade where nobody asks — those receipts are batched and submitted together instead of one submission per transaction. Your cashier does not need to understand MyInvois to use it.
What hardware do I need, and do you supply it?
We supply the terminal and everything that plugs into it, so you are not cross-checking a software invoice against a hardware invoice from somewhere else. A typical counter is an Android terminal, an 80mm thermal printer for the counter or kitchen, a cash drawer that opens off the printer, an omnidirectional barcode scanner, and a router to keep outlets in sync. Handheld order terminals and a queue display are added where the floor needs them. Tell us your layout and it goes on one quote with the licence.
